Rules
- Please make a telephone or e-mail booking in advance.
- Please prepay a 50% deposit in two days after a reservation. We won’t reserve the room for you if it’s over the deadline. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- Please call us after making a remittance and the rest would be payable upon your arriving.
- To keep the lodging quality, the number of guests should follow the room types. Please inform us in advance if you need more beds.[Children under 3 years free (limit one room)]
- Postponement: We will reserve the deposit for six months if you inform us 14 days before the original check-in day.
According to the Tourism Bureau, M.O.T.C. Republic of Taiwan, if the postponement is because of the anthropic factor, the regulation of returning deposit is as follow:
People who demand a refund 14 days before the original check-in day will get a 100% deposit-refund.
People who demand a refund 13-10 days before the original check-in day will get a 70% deposit-refund.
People who demand a refund 9-7 days before the original check-in day will get a 50% deposit-refund.
People who demand a refund 6-4 days before the original check-in day will get a 30% deposit-refund.
People who demand a refund 3-2 days before the original check-in day will get a 20% deposit-refund.
People who demand a refund at the original check-in day will get no refund of deposit.
- If it suffers from unpredictable factors like typhoons, earthquakes, etc. you can get a whole deposit-refund or reserve your deposit for six months according to the announcement from Yilan Government.
